Yaara Eilon-Avigdor

A graduate of Tel-Aviv University, Yaara continued to complete a Clinical Masters in Physiotherapy (with focus on Manual Therapy) from Western Ontario University. She has continued to further her education with vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. Yaara is licensed to order diagnostic imaging.
Yaara also gained special training in hypermobility spectrum disorder / hypermobile EDS through the Ehler Danlos Society’s Echo program
Along with clinical practice, Yaara is involved with the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association as an instructor and facilitator of post graduated advanced integrated musculoskeletal training.
Kim Tenham

Kim is a graduate of Mount Royal University with a 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma, with a skill set enhanced with a certification in lymphatic drainage. Recently completed in 2023 with the Chikly Health Institute
Kim is a compassionate and caring therapist looking to help individuals manage their pain, decrease inflammation, boost the immune system, and increase overall wellness. She uses both relaxation and light-to-moderate touch therapeutic massage techniques and creates a treatment plan tailored specifically to the client
She performs Swedish massage with light-to-moderate pressure techniques, static and dynamic evidence-based cupping.
She specializes in lymphatic drainage levels 1-3, as well as complete decongestive therapy (wraps, garments, taping) for those dealing with lymphedema or lipo-lymphedema. Lymph drainage can also help with acute or chronic swelling conditions such as venous insufficiencies, joint/muscle sprain/strains, activate fluid circulation, reduce muscle spasms and pain, stimulate the immune system, and stimulate the parasympathetic system.
*A doctor will need to be on board with certain conditions regarding lymphedema, and sometimes individuals are not appropriate for treatment (acute infections, DVT’s, major cardiac problems (heart attack, acute angina, uncontrolled CHF to name a few)
Eric Yip

Eric is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Master of Physical Therapy program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. His clinical training has provided him with a diverse range of experiences across the continuum of care, from intensive care units in hospital settings to outpatient orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation.
Eric is passionate about helping older adults build the strength and resiliency to engage in life to its fullest. He takes a client-centred, evidence based approach to care, emphasizing education, movement, and active rehabilitation to help each individual achieve their personal health and mobility goals.
Outside of the clinic, Eric has been a martial artist for 20 years and holds his black belt in Koryu Uchinadi karate, is an avid weightlifter, and loves trying all the new foods he can find.
